This tenant improvement project not only transformed a once gloomy 20,936-square-foot office and warehouse into a vibrant, light-filled open-plan workspace but also carefully curated a design color palette that reflects Precision’s brand identity. This modern office space was designed to embody Precision´s ethos of excellence and collaboration through a mix of open workspace, enclosed conference rooms, large meeting rooms, and a kitchen and locker room area.
