Although the services were limited on that project, a relationship started and Omni Design, Inc. has since provided Architectural Services on several projects around the plant including two large additions. The first addition was a 22,600 square foot expansion to provide space for a new piece of equipment know as a “Cabler” (Okonite manufactures power conducting cable for industry and utility companies).
Before that project was complete, a second 37,800 square foot addition was also commissioned. Omni Design provided entitlement services and close coordination with the Structural Engineers and the Design / Build contractor(s).
